If you like waiting right until the deadline, you have until 5:59am EDT/2:59am PDT Saturday morning to upgrade for free. Your computer must also meet Microsoft’s requirements. The free upgrade applies to eligible tablets and PCs running Windows 7 or newer operation systems. After today, the Home version will cost $120 and the Pro version will cost $200. Late tonight or very early tomorrow morning, upgrading from an old version of Windows to Windows 10 will no longer be free.
